Our founders, Stacey & Chad St. John, got started by buying “ugly” properties in Myrtle Beach and turning them into beautiful vacation rentals.
After working with another local property manager, they quickly recognized that their standards of quality and care were much different than what was available to them. Frustrated and worried, they began managing their own properties to much success. They found other property owners who appreciated their management style and valued the enhanced quality, service and transparency they offered. Kozy Getaways was born!
As Stacey grew her portfolio of properties throughout Myrtle Beach into a thriving brand, she found her management style and services for investors were unparalleled in the area. Her philosophy of creating beautiful, elevated spaces and amazing guest experiences worked well and the properties she managed consistently received five-star reviews from guests and excellent earnings for owners.
Eventually, Stacey embarked on a new challenge and began adding larger homes in a rural area in her home state of Ohio – Hocking Hills. The Kozy Getaways brand is growing, and with Stacey at the helm, there is no doubt investors there will see the same success as investors in Myrtle Beach.
We had an absolutely perfect time! The ocean front view and balcony was amazing!!! It was great to wake up and see the ocean! Easy walk to the ocean and pool. The condo was pretty soundproof as well! The staff at the resort were extremely nice and helpful! Parking was always easy to find & close to resort. Felt completely safe- saw security patrol the area.

Our room was so charming and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. We appreciated all the towels that were provided. All of the bedding/linens were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view was beautiful and the convenience of walking right onto the beach and pool was great! My two young children felt right at home. Thank you so much!
